For A&A Scaffolding Solutions, the visit marked an important stage in our ongoing journey to raise standards within Jersey's construction industry. At the time, we were working towards becoming members of the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) and establishing a CISRS accredited training centre on the island.
These ambitions were driven by a commitment to improving training opportunities, developing local talent, and creating recognised career pathways for scaffolders in Jersey.
ScaffEx reinforced the importance of investing in skills, innovation, and professionalism across the industry, and provided valuable insight that helped shape our vision for the future.
